Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the spacious room, which was a little on the small side and had moldy and musty smells along with tricky access with baggage, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond. The location, though near to attractions, had some drawbacks with neighboring properties, while the dining options were a hit-and-miss. Overall, it was a stay with both positives and negatives.
I stayed at this hotel located at the front with a small balcony. The rooms are quite small, not ideal if you have lots of luggage or stay long, but with a large casement window. The beds were mounted too low for my liking, and there was not enough room to move. The service was efficient and friendly, with a lovely fresh smell throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Victoria Station, perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was average, with a basic continental selection. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Victoria station, perfect for exploring central London and visiting the theatre. Despite its proximity to the station, the location is excellent and offers a small, comfortable, and spotlessly clean stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, and have a lovely fresh scent. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, and finding the way from Victoria underground might be a challenge.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, had high ceilings which helped compensate for the size, making it a bit challenging to handle luggage. The separate building layout in the back yard was a unique touch for a stay with my parents.
The hotel's location was convenient, close to Victoria station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The rooms were split between two parts of the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient for carrying luggage. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience offered a simple continental breakfast but lacked variety. The hotel's location and friendly service were standout features, though the room setup may not suit those with heavy luggage.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were smaller than expected, making it hard to unpack our cases without blocking the doorway, but they were clean and had luxurious Elemis toiletries. The service was friendly and accommodating, particularly Chris who went above and beyond. The location was great for exploring London but had some noise issues. The dining options were limited, with only cake and toast available, although the setup was nice.
